Kory's Book Log

A book I recently just finished was Maus, by Art Speigleman. It's a non fiction/ fiction graphic novel, of a son illustrating his father's story about surviving the holocaust as a Jewish man in Poland, and the horrors and hardships he faced during this time.

Another book series I've read this year was the Looking Glass Wars, by Frank Beddor. They are a fictional retelling of Alice in Wonderland, with a whole new plot, involving the princess of Wonderland, Alyss Heart, falling through the rabbit hole into 17th century England, and doing her best to survive in this strange new world.
